1 lb. oreo cookies (crushed)
1 stick butter (melted)
1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese (soft)
3 1/2 c. milk
2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding or any flavor
1 container 8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix together cookies and butter. Save a little for top. Spread remaining crumb mixture in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Blend together cream cheese and milk. Add pudding and beat until mixture thickens. Spread over crumb mixture. Top with Cool Whip sprinkle reserved cookie crumbs on top. Refrigerate.
