KONA BANANA NUT BREAD 
6 bananas
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. raisins
4 eggs
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. grated carrots

Cream sugar and butter together. Set aside. Mash the bananas, then mix in the eggs. Beat. Mix both mixtures together. Add flour, salt, seasonings. Mix well.

Add nuts, carrots and raisins. Mix. Grease only the inside bottom of 2 loaf pans. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.
