GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 cans French style green beans
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. cheese, sharp, grated
2 c. mushrooms (optional)
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
Salt & pepper to taste

Drain green beans. Add all other ingredients except butter and crackers. Mix all together and pour into well greased casserole dish. Top with crushed crackers. Pour melted butter over crackers. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
