SPINACH SOUFFLE 
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. fresh bread cubes
2 or more tbsp. butter
Garlic salt to taste
Paprika to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix drained spinach, egg, grated cheese and chicken soup together. Put in slightly greased casserole. Melt butter and butter and add bread cubes and seasonings; toss lightly. Spread on top of spinach and bake in 350 degree oven for an hour.
