SPINACH SOUFFLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
4 tbsp. melted butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 egg
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook and drain spinach. Melt butter and add flour to it. Pour in milk; add salt and pepper, brining mixture to a boil.
