QUICK SPINACH SOUFFLE 
1 can spinach
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. cheddar cheese, sm cubes or shredded
1 egg

Pour off liquid from spinach. Do not press dry. Spray casserole dish with Pam. Put all ingredients in casserole and mix. Place in 325 degree oven uncovered until heated and cheese melts and no liquid is visible, about 30 minutes.
