FRESH SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. spinach
8 slices crisp bacon
1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced

DRESSING:

1/2 c. diced onions
1 1/2 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. sugar

Wash and crisp spinach, then tear into bite-size pieces. Sprinkle bacon bits over spinach and top with water chestnuts. Chill and serve with dressing.

Mix dressing ingredients in blender. Sliced hard boiled eggs may be added if desired.
