RADISH SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. diced celery
1/2 c. thinly sliced radishes
1/4 c. diced green peppers

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add cold water, vinegar, and salt. Chill until slightly thickened, then fold in vegetables. Pour into mold and chill until firm. Serve on top of greens.
