SIMPLE SOUP/STEW 
1 lg. head broccoli
1 pkg. carrots
1 lg. head cauliflower
1/2 pkg. celery
2 green peppers
3 red peppers
1 lg. zucchini
1 pkg. chicken noodle soup
1 pkg. real Italian garden soup mix
1 fresh onion, med.
7 c. water

Wash all vegetables and slice in any manner. Remove seeds. In large 4 to 6 quart pot on top of stove add water to fill bottom of pan. Add all vegetables. Add more water approximately 2 cups. Cook down 20 minutes approximately.

When vegetables are soft or cook down add soup mixes and 4 cups if needed of water. Cook to desired soup consistency. Add more noodles if desired.

Options: Beans, beef, chicken for more of stew consistency.

NOTE: Quantities are approximate because cook does not measure when cooking.
