SALLIE'S GRAPE JELLY 
Put green grapes in cold water and bring to a boil. Boil until tender; take them out and strain. Rub through a sieve; add their weight in sugar, and boil 15 minutes. Set in proper dishes to cool.

Most all jellies can be made by using 1 cup of strong juice to 1 1/2 cups sugar and boil for 15 minutes, skim, and put in scalded jars. Seal and set in a sunny spot for a day.
