BUTTERMILK PUFF DONUTS 
2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 egg
1/4 c. Wesson oil

Sift dry ingredients together, stir in buttermilk, oil and egg. Drop with teaspoon (1/2 full) in hot fat. Fry until brown. Roll in sugar while still hot.
