NUT ROLLS 
DOUGH:

1 1/4 c. heated milk
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
5 c. flour

FILLING:

2 lb. ground walnuts
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Canned milk enough to make a paste

If using Rapid Rise yeast, omit and follow package directions.

Make into dough and let rise 1 1/2 hours. Make into 8 balls, roll each ball thin. Mix filling ingredients together to make a paste and roll up in the pastry. Spray flat pan with Pam. Let rise 1/2 hour, brush with canned milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Makes 7-8 rolls.
