BEEF STUFFED POTATOES 
6 baking potatoes
1/4 c. milk
6 tbsp. butter
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 c. minced onion
1 c. minced celery
Grated cheese

Bake potatoes until done. Scoop out pulp, add milk and butter and mix. Add soup and beat until smooth. Brown ground beef, parsley, onions and celery in butter. Mix with potatoes. Put into potato shells. Top with cheese. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees or until cheese melts.
