Torn spinach leaves
Sliced strawberries

Prepare the spinach and strawberries. Serve with one of the following dressings:

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. white wine or white vinegar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. poppy seeds

Blend in a blender. Stir in the poppy seeds. Just before serving, mix with the spinach and strawberries.

DRESSING:

1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. minced green onion
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Blend in blender. Mix with the spinach and strawberries. This salad is a pleasant tasty treat.
