SICILIAN SUPPER 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed & softened
1 1/2 c. egg noodles, cooked
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix meat, onion, peppers in 2 quart casserole. Microwave on high until beef loses pink color (5 to 10 minutes); drain.

Stir in remaining ingredients, except Parmesan. Microwave on high 2 minutes. Reduce to medium-high. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and microwave for 5 to 7 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
