CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 tbsp. cocoa (dry)
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter, oil, and sugar together. Add eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk. Beat with a mixer. Mix and sift all dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Beat well. Stir in zucchini. Pour into 10 x 10 inch or 13 x 9 inch pan (grease and flour pan). Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
