FAJITAS 
1 1/2 lbs. round or skirt steak
Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. tequila
Meat tenderizer
Garlic salt
Pepper
Lime juice
Flour tortillas

Trim excess fat and gristle from meat. Tenderize with a mallet. Cut into long strips 1 inch wide by 6 inches long. Marinate with Worcestershire sauce, tequila, meat tenderizer, garlic salt and pepper for 6 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Grill over charcoal, 5 minutes on each side. When almost done, pour lime juice over meat and let cook for a couple of minutes. Place in an attractive covered dish, along with any juices from cooking. In separate bowls, provide an array of garnishes such as chopped tomatoes, chopped green onions, sliced avocado and refried beans. To serve, place meat and garnishes in flour tortilla and roll.
