CREAMED CAULIFLOWER 
1 head raw cauliflower
1 can canned milk
3/4 to 1 c. regular milk
1 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Break cauliflower into pieces. Boil in salt water until tender. Do not over cook! Drain.

In separate pan, mix canned milk, regular milk, salt, pepper, and butter. Stir over medium heat until mixture is hot. Add cornstarch, stirring constantly until thickened. Pour over drained cauliflower and serve.
