CREAMED CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE | |
1 med. head cauliflower 3 tbsp. butter 2 c. milk 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herbed season stuffing 1 c. water 1/4 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. butter, melted Break cauliflower into pieces and cook until tender. Drain and place in 2-quart casserole. Melt butter in medium saucepan. Stir in flour and cook a few minutes. Remove from heat; blend in milk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly until thick. Pour over casserole. Combine last 3 ingredients. Spoon on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
