FETTUCCINE WITH CLAM SAUCE | |
1 (1 oz.) pkg. unprepared HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch original Ranch salad dressing mix 3/4 c. milk 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. melted butter 1 (10 oz.) can whole baby clams, drained 1/2 c. pitted California ripe olives, drained 8 oz. spinach fettuccine, cooked and drained 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley Combine dressing mix, milk and mayonnaise. Let stand 30 minutes to thicken. Combine melted butter, clams and olives. Heat thoroughly. Toss fettuccine with dressing mix, chopped parsley and clam mixture. Serve warm. Serves 6. |
