ICE CREAM PARTY BALLS 
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. coconut
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Caramel syrup
Vanilla ice cream

Toast coconut on cookie sheet in 400 degree oven for a few minutes until light brown OR tint coconut for party effect by placing coconut in jar and adding 3-4 drops water and 1/2 teaspoon food coloring. Cover jar and shake until coconut is evenly tinted. Spread on cookie sheet or wax paper to dry overnight.

Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT ice cream to coconut. Scoop ice cream balls with round scoop. Must work fast! Roll in coconut mixture. Place in freezer until hard. Can be prepared 2-3 days in advance.
