BROILED FLANK STEAK 
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. finely chopped green onion
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp. celery salt
2 cloves minced garlic

Combine ingredients. Trim all fat from unscored flank steak. Marinate in mixture for 3 hours turning often. Broil 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Slice against grain of meat.
