SPLIT PEA SOUP | |
2 c. green peas 8 c. cold water 1 ham bone or beef bouillon 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 shredded carrot 2-3 potatoes, chopped Place all ingredients in large pot. Bring to boil; reduce heat and cook until tender (about 2 1/2 hours). Stir frequently to prevent sticking. |
