TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can crescent rolls
1 c. sour cream
1/2 med. onion
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 to 2 c. crushed Fritos
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown meat and onion, drain fat. Stir in sauce and seasoning mix. Separate crescent dough and form crust in 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle 1 cup crushed Fritos over crust; add meat mixture, sour cream and cheese. Sprinkle remaining Fritos on top of all. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
