CARROT COOKIES 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. salad oil
2 jr. size baby food carrots
4 eggs

Mix together dry ingredients. Add oil and baby food. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well after each egg. Put in jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees until done.

FROSTING:

2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 lb. butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and separated cookies.
