ORIENTAL SALAD 
Lettuce, iceberg
Green onions, sliced
Cucumber, sliced
Diced cooked chicken
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. rice vinegar
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt

Mix desired amounts of lettuce, onions and cucumber, add chicken about 2 cups. Refrigerate. Melt 2 tablespoons butter on cookie sheet in oven 375 degrees, add 1 package crushed Top Ramen noodles tossed with oriental soup mix envelope add 1/3 cup sesame seeds and 1/3 sliced almonds. Cook until browned stirring occasionally. Cool completely. Make dressing with sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Add noodle mixture to lettuce toss and dressing, toss refrigerate 15 minutes. Serve.
