1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. onion
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. ketchup
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 pie shell, unbaked

Brown hamburger, onion and drain off grease. Very lightly brown pie shell. Add other ingredients to meat. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove and sprinkle cheese and Worcestershire sauce over top. Return to oven to melt cheese.
