OVEN OMELETTE 
8 eggs
1 sm. minced onion
1 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. seasoned salt
6 oz. slivered ham
Pepper to taste

Beat eggs. Add milk and rest of the ingredients. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole or 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes or until top is golden brown and eggs are set.
