OVEN BAKED CHICKEN 
1 fryer, cut up
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs (Italian seasoned)
1/4 c. flour
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
Salt
Pepper

Clean and wash chicken. Dry well. Blend bread crumbs and flour. Dip each piece of chicken into egg (to which salt and pepper have been added). Roll chicken in bread crumb/flour mixture. Arrange pieces in shallow baking dish.

Mix oil and lemon juice; blend well. Drizzle oil/lemon mixture over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for about an hour or until chicken is nicely browned. Turn once or twice while baking.
