TANGY BAKED EGGS 
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 c. sour cream
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Dash Tabasco
2 tsp. chopped pimento
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
6 eggs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. paprika
3 English muffins, split & toasted

Mix first 8 ingredients together and spread into a 9 inch baking dish. Carefully break eggs onto the sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan and paprika. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes. Lift each egg onto toasted English muffin. Spoon extra sauce over muffins. Serve immediately. Bake at 325 degrees.
