12 c. flour
3/4 c. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
4 c. dry milk

Mix all ingredients well. Store in airtight container. To use, mix together 1 1/2 cups dry mix, 1 egg, 1 cup water and 2 tablespoons melted shortening. Mix well and fry in hot skillet. This mix is especially good for campers.
