OVEN-MADE CARAMEL CORN 
5 qts. popped corn, placed in 250 degree oven to keep warm
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook over medium heat to 248 degrees. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, (it will foam). Pour mixture in fine stream over warm popped corn. Stir. Return to oven for 45 minutes (stir every 15 minutes).
