LEMON BARS 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. butter

FILLING:

4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
Dash of salt
6 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Confectioners' sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine flour and confectioners' sugar, cut in butter. Pat into pan. Bake 20 minutes. For filling, combine eggs, sugar, salt, lemon juice, flour and baking powder. Pour over hot crust. Bake 25 minutes. Cool; sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Cut into squares. 24 squares.
