PERFECT GRAVY 
1 c. shortening
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet (opt.)
Liquid options: water, pan juices

Blend shortening and flour until smooth. (Stir in Kitchen Bouquet if wanting to make brown gravies.) Refrigerate mixture in a covered container until needed for gravy making. Add 3 tablespoons mixture for each cup of liquid. (Pan juices, water, etc.) Cook and stir until gravy thickens and bubbles. Season gravy as desired.
