DUCK WITH MUSHROOM GRAVY 
Duck, cut up
1 onion, sliced
1/2 c. butter
Salt & pepper to taste
1 bay leaf
2 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup

In skillet cook duck and onion until golden brown or onions translucent. Add butter, water and bay leaf. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Add mushroom soup and simmer for another 30 to 45 minutes.
