4-6 fillets of sole
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. whipped butter
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
6 tbsp. chopped green onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
4 oz. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together except lemon juice and fish. Sprinkle lemon juice over fillets and bake. When fish is done, spread cheese mixture on top. Brown under broiler and serve.
