2 (12 oz.) Skinner mixed macaroni 2 c. thinly sliced bell pepper 2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 c. sliced mushrooms 1 c. carrots, sliced 1 c. frozen snow peas 3 (5 oz.) cans Swanson premium chunk white chicken, drained 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Cook macaroni as instructions on package; drain. Spread in casserole dish. Mix in bell pepper, celery, onion, mushrooms, carrots, and snow peas. Add chicken. Stir in cream of chicken soup into mixture. Toss very well and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. |
