PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. rolled oats
3/4 c. unbleached flour

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese or neufchatel
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
16 oz. can solid pack pumpkin
1/2 c. light or dark syrup
2 tsp. cinnamon

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13x9 inch pan.

Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add combined oat and flour; mix well. Spread evenly onto bottom of pan. Bake 18-20 minutes or light brown. Cool slightly.

Beat cream cheese and sugar at medium speed until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add remaining ingredients; mix until smooth. Pour over partially cooled crust. Bake an additional 45 to 50 minutes or until center appears set. Cool completely. Chill.
