HOLLY'S POTATOES 
2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion
Salt and pepper

Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1 pint sour cream. Add 8 ounces Cheddar cheese (grated) and small onion (diced; salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Then add and mix frozen hash brown potatoes. Cook at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
