1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 pkgs. chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Combine flour, butter, nuts and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Cream cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Cook 2 packages chocolate pudding with 3 cups milk. Cool and pour over cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with crushed nuts.
