1 chocolate Duncan Hines cake mix (not pudding) in mix (or any chocolate cake mix, no pudding)
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. instant chocolate pudding
4 Heath (or Skor) bars, crushed

Prepare pudding, stirring only 1 minute. Cut up chocolate cake in 1 inch squares and layer in glass dish. 1) Cake. 2) Pudding. 3) Cool Whip. 4) Heath bars (crushed). Make at least 2 layers.
