YORKSHIRE PUDDING 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Blend egg and milk together and add flour and salt. Beat until smooth. Pour in 13 x 9 x 2 dripping pan that has 1/2 cup of hot beef drippings. Bake for 30 minutes and serve at once with roast beef and gravy. Serves 6-8.
