MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 Duncan Hines butter yellow cake mix
1 medium can mandarin oranges and juice
4 eggs
1/2 c. Wesson oil

Blend and beat 4 minutes.

Bake in 325°F oven. Cool 45 minutes.

Icing:

9 oz. Cool Whip
1 large Jell-O instant vanilla pudding
1 large can crushed pineapple and juice

Stir together and spread between layers. Keep in refrigerator.
