3 lb. round steak 1/2 c. soy sauce Garlic salt Lemon pepper, (heavy) Remove all fat from meat. Cut meat in strips 1/2 x 1/4 inch thick, 4-6 inches long. Mix seasonings, pour over meat, leave overnight, stirring once or twice. Drain and pat dry on paper towels. Place on cookie sheets or foil. Place meat without overlapping and put in oven overnight or until dry (about 8 hours at 150-175 degrees). |
