6 to 8 apples, peeled and sliced
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 to 1/4 c. red hots

1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Pour in unbaked pie shell and cover with pastry strips on top. 3. Bake at 375 degrees until done.
