MOCK SAUSAGE PATTIES 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lemon rind
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. beef broth

Mix well. This makes 8 patties, only 140 calories. Mix this up the night before and let set. You can add more sage and red pepper if you like.
