MOM'S CORNBREAD 
1 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 c. (sm. can) whole corn
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream or buttermilk

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and pour into a greased skillet or pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
