CHOCOLATE GRAVY 
2 c. fresh milk (or 1 can evaporated milk & 1 c. water)
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
2 tbsp. flour, heaping
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Hot buttered biscuits

In medium saucepan, heat milk. In small bowl, combine sugar, cocoa, flour and salt; mix thoroughly and stir in enough warm milk to make runny paste. Pour paste into warm milk and stir constantly over moderate heat until sauce thickens.
