SWISS STEAK 
2 lbs. lean round steak
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 clove garlic
1 green pepper, sliced in rings
1 c. canned tomatoes or 2 fresh with juice
Salt & pepper to taste

Pound as much flour as possible into the steak. Pan fry onions in a small amount of oil. Remove from pan. Add meat to pan and brown well on both sides. Cover with onions. Add mustard, garlic, tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Top with pepper rings, cover and cook over a very low flame about 1 hour until meat is done.

NOTE: Can do this in the oven after pepper rings are added.
