FRENCH MEAT PIE 
2 lbs. ground pork
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion
Salt, pepper to taste
3 potatoes, chopped
Allspice

Combine ground meat and ground onion in larger heavy saucepan. Cover with water and boil 1/2 hour. Add chopped potatoes to meat mixture; when potatoes are cooked, mash everything with potato masher and add a pinch or so of allspice.

Bake in double crust pie at 350 degrees until crust browns.

Makes 2 pies.
